Summer Sangria
Add a zingy kick to this festive crowd favourite with our Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
- Combine and shake 20mL each of Cointreau, Peach Liquor and St Germain, and a squeeze of lime juice.
- Pour into a wine glass and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
- Garnish with summer fruit.
Ginger Cup
Keep cool with cucumber and a splash of Pimms.
- Combine and shake 30mL each of Gin and Pimms, and a squeeze of lime juice.
- Pour into a tall glass and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.

Moscow Mule

- Pour into a copper mug and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
- Add crushed ice and garnish with a lime wedge.
Tropical Storm
Add a splash of rum to these classic summer flavours and there you have it – a tropical storm!
- Combine and shake 60mL of white rum, a squeeze of lime juice, 10mL of sugar syrup, 20mL of peach nectar and 1 passionfruit.
- Pour into a tall glass and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
- Garnish with a peach fan.
Summer’s Soda
The triple threat combo of peach, nectarine and passionfruit makes one thirst quenching mocktail.
- Muddle half a nectarine in a cocktail shaker and shake with passionfruit pulp and 20mL of lime juice.
- Pour into a glass and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
- Garnish it with the other nectarine half.
Brewed Gin & Ger
Just like the name of this cocktail, gin and ginger is a match made in heaven.
- Combine and shake 30mL of Gin, 15mL of Aperol, a few dashes of Angostura Bitters and a squeeze of lime juice.
- Pour into a glass and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
- Add ice and garnish with wedges of orange and lime.
Tropical Blast
With juicy pineapple pieces and the zing of our bubbly Ginger Beer, this one makes for the ultimate poolside refresher.
- Combine and muddle ginger pieces, pineapple pieces and 20mL of lime juice.

Berry Berry Peach
This dessert cocktail makes watching the sunset even sweeter.
- Muddle blueberries in a shaker then combine and shake 50mL of Gin, 15mL of St Germain and 5mL of Berry Liqueur and lime juice.
- Pour into a champagne flute and top with Bundaberg Peach.
- Garnish with blueberries.
Blood Orange Holiday Fizz
The citrus tang, aromatic bitters and sweetness of the gin all combine to make a cocktail that really packs a punch.
- Combine and stir 45mL of fig infused Gin, 50mL of Cointreau, a dash of Angostura Bitters and a squeeze of lime juice.
- Pour into a tall glass filled with ice and top with Bundaberg Blood Orange.
- Garnish with rosemary and fig.
Solar Flare
Because orange tastes way better with vodka!
- Combine and shake 50mL of Vodka and 20mL each of lime juice, grapefruit juice and orange juice.
