Ingredients

  • 1.5oz Gin (London Dry)
  • 0.5oz Aperol
  • Bundaberg Blood Orange
  • 0.5oz Lime juice
  • 1/2 Passionfruit (remove the pulp)
  • Passionfruit and a lime wedge to garnish

Let's Mix!

  • Combine

    Step 1

    Combine all ingredients except Bundaberg into a shaker 

  • Pour

    Step 2

    Shake, then strain into a glass and top with Bundaberg Blood Orange 

  • Ice

    Step 3

    Garnish with half a passionfruit and a wedge of lime 

  • Enjoy

    Step 4

    Enjoy your drink!
