  • Bundaberg Pineapple & Coconut
  • 60ml Dark Rum
  • 20ml Lime juice
  • 2 x pineapple pieces 4cm x 4cm
  • Pinch of mint
  • Fresh cream
  • Mint sprig for garnish
  • Pineapple leaf for garnish

Let's Mix

  • Enjoy

    Step 1

    Muddle pineapple, then add dark rum and lime juice

  • Shake

    Step 2

    Shake and strain into glass

  • Combine

    Step 3

    Top with Bundaberg Pineapple & Coconut and float cream

  • Enjoy

    Garnish with mint sprig and pineapple leaf
