Line glass with Chartreuse and place rosemary inside, ignite glass to burn off rosemary.
Add ginger and lime juice then muddle, add vodka, lime juice and honey syrup into shaker.
Turn glass upside down to get rid of any rosemary/chartreuse. Shake cocktail then, strain into glass.
Top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
Add crushed ice and garnish with a lime wedge and bitters.
