Ingredients

  • Bundaberg Ginger Beer
  • 2 x ginger pieces, 2cm x 2cm
  • 2 x pineapple pieces, 4cm x 4cm
  • Pineapple leaf and cherry for garnish
  • 20ml lime juice

  • Enjoy

    Step 1

    Combine and muddle ginger pieces, pineapple pieces and lime juice

  • Shake

    Step 2

    Shake and strain into glass filled with ice

  • Combine

    Step 3

    Top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer
