Ingredients

  • 60mL Blended Scotch
  • Bundaberg Ginger Beer 
  • 15mL Lime juice
  • 2 x small pieces of ginger
  • Lime wedge to garnish

Let's Mix!

  • Combine

    Step 1

    Muddle ginger and combine remaining ingredients into shaker

  • Shake

    Step 2

    Shake, then strain 

  • Pour

    Step 3

    Pour into a tall glass and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer

     

     

  • Ice

    Step 4

    Add ice and a lime wedge to garnish 

     

     

  • Enjoy

    Step 5
