Bundaberg Mexican Mule with Cracked Pepper
Ingredients
- 45mL tequila (or Mezcal, for a richer, smoky flavour)
- 30mL fresh lime juice
- 15mL orange liqueur
- 120mL Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- Orange and lime slices, and freshly cracked black pepper, to garnish

Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except Bundaberg Ginger Beer, over ice in a tumbler.

Top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer and stir gently to combine. Top up ice (optional).

Garnish with orange and lime slices and a sprinkle of cracked black pepper – and enjoy your drink!
