Bundaberg Fruit Punch

Ingredients

  • 80mL blackcurrant cordial
  • 60mL fresh lime juice
  • 1 lime, halved and quartered
  • 6 strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 100g blueberries
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 600mL (3 mini cans) Bundaberg Lemon Lime & Bitters
  • Extra strawberries and mint sprigs, to garnish

Let's Mix!

  • Combine

    Step 1

    Combine all ingredients, except Bundaberg Lemon Lime & Bitters, over ice in a large jug.

    Step 2

    Top with Bundaberg Lemon Lime & Bitters and stir gently to combine.

    Step 3

    Garnish with extra strawberries and mint sprigs. Top up ice (optional).

  • Enjoy

    Step 4

    Serve in highball glasses and enjoy! Or, for a more decadent cocktail version, add 180mL of your favourite vodka or gin.
