Ingredients
- 60mL Prosecco
- 15mL vodka
- 15mL elderflower cordial
- 15mL fresh lime juice
- Fresh mint leaves
- 60mL Bundaberg Passionfruit
- Mint sprig, passionfruit and lime wedge, to garnish

Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except Bundaberg Passionfruit, over ice in a wine glass.

Top with Bundaberg Passionfruit.

Churn gently to combine and top up ice (optional).
