  • 50mL Light Rum
  • 15mL Maraschino
  • Bundaberg Ginger Beer 
  • 20mL Grapefruit juice
  • 20mL Lime juice
  • 2 x dash Angostura and grapefruit bitters
  • Grapefruit and lime wedge to garnish

Let's Mix!

  • Combine

    Step 1

    Combine ingredients into shaker 

  • Pour

    Step 2

    Shake, then strain into a tall glass and and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer 

  • Ice

    Step 3

    Add ice, grapefruit and lime wedge to garnish 

  • Enjoy

    Step 4

    Enjoy your drink!
