Ingredients

  • Bundaberg Ginger Beer
  • 30ml Gin
  • 30ml Pimms
  • 20ml Lime juice
  • 3 x cucumber ribbons
  • 1 x Pinch of mint
  • Cucumber ribbon and Mint sprig to garnish

Let's Mix

  • Enjoy

    Step 1

    Combine Gin, Pimms and lime juice in a shaker.

  • Shake

    Step 2

    Shake, then strain into a tall glass.

  • Combine

    Step 3

    Top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.

  • Ice

    Step 4

    Garnish with cucumber ribbon and mint sprig.
