15ml Licor 43
20ml Lime juice
2 x scoops of Ginger & Honey Sorbet
Ginger & Honey Sorbet Balls for garnish
Lime wedge for garnish

Step 1

Combine and shake vodka, Licor 43 and lime juice
Step 2

Strain into glass and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer
Step 3

Garnish with Honey & Ginger sorbet balls and a lime wedge
