Ingredients

  • Bundaberg Sarsaparilla
  • 40ml Dissarno Amaretto
  • 10ml Quince Liquor
  • Quince wedge to garnish

Let's Mix

  • Enjoy

    Step 1

    Cut quince into slices then muddle dissarno amaretto and quince liquor

  • Shake

    Step 2

    Add ice, shake and strain into glass

  • Combine

    Step 3

    Top with Bundaberg Sarsaparilla and garnish with quince wedge

  • Enjoy
