Ingredients

  • Bundaberg Sarsparilla
  • 40ml Bourbon
  • 10ml Ginger Liqueur
  • 5ml Honey
  • 1 x Ginger piece 2cm x 2cm
  • Candied ginger to garnish

Let's Mix

  • Enjoy

    Step 1

    Combine and muddle bourbon, ginger liqueur, honey and ginger piece

  • Shake

    Step 2

    Add ice, shake and strain into glass

  • Combine

    Step 3

    Top with Bundaberg Sarsaparilla and garnish with candied ginger

  • Enjoy
