Ingredients

  • Bundaberg Pineapple & Coconut
  • 1 x jalapeno chilli
  • 30ml lime juice
  • 2 x pineapple chunks 4cm x 4cm
  • Salt and pepper rim and chili for garnish

  • Enjoy

    Step 1

    Remove seeds from chilli to reduce heat and muddle

  • Shake

    Step 2

    Shake with lime juice and pineapple and strain into glass

  • Pour

    Step 3

    Top with Bundaberg Pineapple & Coconut

  • Enjoy

    Garnish with a salt & pepper rim and chilli
