Ingredients
- 60mL dark rum
- 15mL lime juice
- 15mL simple syrup
- 90mL Bundaberg Guava
- Black salt on rim and lime wheel to garnish

Step 1
Rim a tall glass with black salt and fill glass with ice.

Add the Bundaberg Guava to the glass.

Step 3
In a separate container, combine the lime juice and simple syrup, then pour into the glass.

Float the dark rum on top.

Garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy!
