  • Bundaberg Ginger Beer
  • 50mL Gin
  • 25mL Lime juice
  • 10mL Sugar Syrup
  • 2 x small pieces of ginger
  • Lime wedge to garnish

Let's Mix!

  • Combine

    Step 1

    Muddle the ginger and combine with remaining ingredients into a shaker

  • Shake

    Step 2

    Shake, then strain 

  • Pour

    Step 3

    Pour into a copper mug and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer

  • Ice

    Step 4

    Add crushed ice and a lime wedge to garnish 

  • Enjoy

    Step 5

    Enjoy your drink!
