Ingredients
Donuts
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup soft drink
- 3/4 cup yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- 40g butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
Glaze
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1/4 cup any Bundaberg Brewed Drink (add more if it’s too thick)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 170 degrees and grease donut pan or mini muffin pan.

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Combine wet ingredients, mix then add to dry and stir until there are no lumps.

Fill baking pans to 1/2 or 3/4 full and bake for 10-12 mins or until done.

Glaze

Step 1
Combine ingredients and mix well. If too thick, use more Bundy Brewed Drinks.

Step 2
Dip cooled donuts into glaze and allow to set.

Step 3
Decorate tops if with coconut, sprinkles, crushed freeze-dried fruits or shaved chocolate and enjoy!
