Summer Cocktail Mixing Tips
- Use cold glassware wherever possible. If you can, stick your glasses in the fridge prior to using them.

Moscow Mule: Pitcher Size Summer Cocktail Recipe
Nothing says Los Angeles more than a Moscow Mule. This cocktail was first invented on the Sunset Strip in the 1940s and can be found in good bars everywhere across the state. This is the drink that basically introduced Americans to vodka and is served, traditionally, in a copper mug.
Ingredients
- 8 x bottles (12.7 fl oz. ea.) Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- 14 fl oz. Vodka
- 7 fl oz. lime juice
- 3 fl oz. sugar syrup
- 2 x large pieces of ginger
- Lime to garnish
Method
Step 1 – Muddle ginger and combine vodka, lime juice and sugar syrup into a shaker
Step 2 – Shake, then strain into a pitcher and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer
Step 3 – Add ice and garnish with a lime wedge
Step 4 – Serve into copper mugs
Step 5 – Enjoy your drinks!
Cosmopolitan: Pitcher Size Summer Cocktail Recipe
We’ve given a classic favorite the Bundaberg Brewed Drinks twist. By adding our famous Lemon, Lime & Bitters, this Cosmo is made for sipping all night long. Now all you need is that perfect rooftop location to watch the LA sunset.
Ingredients
- 8 x bottles (12.7 fl oz. ea.) Bundaberg Lemon, Lime & Bitters
- 16 fl oz. Vodka
- 4 fl oz. Cointreau/Triple Sec
- 4 fl oz. cranberry juice
- Lime wedges or orange peel to garnish
Method
Step 1 – Combine Vodka, Cointreau/Triple Sec and cranberry juice into shaker
Step 2 – Shake and strain into chilled martini glasses or a pitcher
Step 3 – Top with Bundaberg Lemon, Lime & Bitters
Step 4 – Garnish with lime wedges or orange peel
Step 5 – Enjoy your drinks!
