In a stemless wine glass, combine 3 oz Red Wine, 0.5 oz Triple Sec, 0.5 oz orange juice, chopped apples and 0.5 oz simple syrup.
Stir and fill the glass with ice.
Top with 2 oz of Bundaberg Blood Orange.
Add orange slices as garnish and enjoy.
