- 2 oz Root Beer Schnapps (or Vodka if that’s not your thing)
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 bottle (12oz) Bundaberg Root Beer
- Whipped cream (for garnish)
- 1 cocktail cherry (stemmed, for garnish)
