  • Bundaberg Brewed Sparkling Lemonade,
  • 1oz coconut water,
  • 1oz lemon juice,
  • 2 x pineapple chunks (4cm x 4cm),
  • Pineapple leaf and lemon wedge for garnish

    Combine and muddle coconut water, lemon juice and pineapple chunks
