  • Bundaberg Root Beer
  • 1oz Dissarno Amaretto
  • 0.5oz Quince Liquor
  • Quince wedge to garnish

    Step 1

    Cut quince into slices then muddle Dissarno Amaretto and quince liquor

  • Shake

    Step 2

    Add ice, shake and strain into glass

  • Combine

    Top with Bundaberg Root Beer and garnish with quince wedge
