You can whip up a batch beforehand and then all the hard work is done, leaving you free to relax and celebrate with friends.

You can make each of these drinks ahead of time and serve six people. Having a party for more than six? Why not prepare a few pitchers and refrigerate prior to the event?
Germain’s Escape
If you are in any way familiar with the glorious fragrant flavour of St Germain, then you’ll be jumping at the chance to whip up a batch of this truly magnificent cocktail. If you haven’t had the chance to try St Germain before, this cocktail will convert you! The combination of mint, Bundaberg Lemon, Lime and Bitters, and the floral notes of St Germain makes Germain’s Escape a real crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
- 4 x bottles (12.7 fl oz. ea.) Bundaberg Lemon, Lime & Bitters
- 9 fl oz. vodka
- 2 fl oz. St Germain
- 2 fl oz. lime juice
- 6 x dashes Angostura bitters
- A sprig of mint to garnish
Method
Step One – Combine all ingredients except the mint sprig in a pitcher and stir to mix.
Step Two – When you are ready to serve your drinks, top up the pitcher with ice and pour into glasses. Garnish each drink with a sprig of mint.
Brewed Gin & Ger
Summer afternoons are made for drinks with gin and Aperol. When you combine the refreshing zing of Bundaberg Ginger Beer in this classic pitcher drink, you’ll be delighted with the results. You could even try adding some passionfruit to the mix if you’re feeling creative for that extra summer flavour.
Ingredients
- 4 x bottles (12.7 fl oz. ea.) Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- 9 fl oz. gin
- 2 fl oz. Aperol
- 2 fl oz. lime juice
- 6 x dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange and lime wedge to garnish
Method
Step One – Put all ingredients including the citrus wedges into the pitcher and stir to combine.
Step Two – When you are ready to serve your drinks, top up the pitcher with ice and pour into tall glasses.
Dark and Stormy
This is an absolute classic and a favourite around the world. We love the combination of the smooth velvety rum in combination with zesty ginger, set off with the piquant zing of lime. The Dark and Stormy would be perfect for a hot summer’s afternoon or a great addition to a cocktail party. The best part is these drinks are oh-so-easy to make, so if you run out, you can quickly whip up another batch.
Ingredients
- 4 x bottles (12.7 fl oz. ea.) Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- 9 fl oz. dark rum
- 2 fl oz. lime juice
- Lime wedges
Method
Step One – Pour the Bundaberg Ginger Beer, rum and lime juice into your pitcher and stir to combine.
Step Two – When you are ready to serve your drinks, top up the pitcher with ice and pour into glasses. Garnish each drink with a couple of lime wedges.
The Laughing Ladybug
Guavas have such a tropical flavour. They are amazing in everything! But when you combine the robust sweetness of guava with the fragrant taste of watermelon – and the zing of grapefruit – you’re all set for a perfect Saturday afternoon barbecue. The Laughing Ladybug is one drink that goes down real easy!
Ingredients
- 4 x bottles (12.7 fl oz. ea.) Bundaberg Guava
- 9 fl oz. white rum
- 5 fl oz. lime juice
- 2 fl oz. grapefruit juice
- Watermelon pieces, to garnish
Method
Step One – Pour the Bundaberg Guava, white rum, lime juice and grapefruit juice into your pitcher and stir to combine. Cut the pieces of watermelon and refrigerate until ready to use.
Step Two – When you’re ready to serve, add ice to the pitcher and pour into glasses!
