Ginger Beer Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of mixed spice
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Let's Bake!

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celcius and grease and flour 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.

Mash the bananas and add the dry ingredients.

Pour in the Ginger Beer.
Stir everything together and then fold in the melted butter and spices.

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and place in pre-heated oven.

Bake for 60 minutes. Remove when baked (a skewer inserted in the middle should come out clean) and the crust is browned and crackling.

Cool in the pan for a few minutes then cool on a wire rack for another 10 minutes or so before slicing and serving!
