For rolling cooked donuts, mix together in a separate bowl:
Heat 2-3cm vegetable oil over high heat in a frying pan (or use a deep fryer)
Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl. Pour in Ginger Beer and mix to form a batter.
Place spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, be careful not to splash.
Flip once – they’re ready when they’re golden.
Remove from oil, roll in the cinnamon-sugar mix and enjoy!
